On Wednesday 88/04/10, IranFava Gostaresh has successfully demonstrated the vocal bill presentment in the laboratory environment for the client. In this phase, the implemented IVR system receives phone calls from utility customers (4 million customers for Tehran province) and presents the requested bill from the database. The system is also capable of saving the received phone numbers, in order to prevent further repetitions.
