Inception phase of Cost accounting and tariff system for telecommunication Infrastructure Company of Iran (TIC) was delivered by Iranfava Gostaresh Company
The implementation of cost accounting and pricing system is considered as 25% of the project.

A meeting was conducted with the presence of Iran Telecommunication Research Center (ITRC)  and Telecommunication Infrastructure Company (TIC) of iran to review the inception phase report of the project on Thursday,March 4th, 2008.
