A team of 10 certified international SAP consultants and 20 local junior consultants will be deployed by Iranfava to implement SAP in the Southern Factory of Irankhodro (IKCO).
Iranfava Gostaresh Company finished feasibility study phase of SAP implementation in Southern Factory. As the result of this phase a comprehensive and detailed document on the scope of the project was produced. The scope document is used for the preparation of final proposal.
